The operator 3G communications of standard UMTS "Ukrtelecom" (TM Utel) since June, 30th has entered service of the international roaming in Angola for the subscribers. The company press-service has informed on it «proIT».
Operator Unitel became the partner of the Ukrainian operator in roaming in Angola.
