UGTSR has begun transfer of codes IMEI of mobile phones to operators of a mobile communication
The Ukrainian state centre of radio frequencies (UGTSR) since July, 30th, 2009 has begun a daily information transfer with a database of codes IMEI of mobile phones to operators of a mobile communication. Press-service NKRS has informed on it «proIT».
As have informed in NKRS, operators are obliged on codes IMEI to check up, whether there are in use the mobile phones imported on territory of Ukraine on a new Order according to Decision NKRS #1338 from February, 5th, 2009.
Such transfer (base updating) will pass till that time while check of codes will not be finished in an automatic mode by operators of a mobile communication.
Let’s remind, that codes IMEI of all phones which have been connected till July, 30th, 2009 brought in base automatically.
