The Ukrainian schoolboys have won 3 medals on the International Olympic Games on computer science
The national team of Ukraine has won one silver and two bronze medals on the International Olympic Games on computer science. On it «proIT» has informed company Cisco press-ssluba.
In total in HH to the International Olympic Games on computer science which has taken place in Cairo (Egypt) from August, 16 till August, 23rd, 2008, 283 pupils from many countries of the world have participated.
Three from four members of modular Ukraine have come back home with medals: Ruslan Simonenko (the lycйe of inforation technologies, Alexandria, the Kirovograd area) has received silver, and Sergey Mogilnyj (lycйe "Leader", Kiev) and Bogdan Tantsyura (the Ukrainian physical and mathematical lycйe of the Kiev national university of Tarasa Shevchenkos) have won bronze awards.
The fourth representative of Ukraine - Rustam Dzhumaniyazov (lycйe of information technologies, Alexandria, the Kirovograd area) has received bronze last year, and this time remained without the award.

The international Olympic Games on computer science – the annual competition of schoolboys which are conducted since 1989. Its participants are offered to decide and program algorithmic problems. Ukraine participates in the international Olympic Games on computer science since 1992.
