The Ministry of Justice has registered the Order on increase of tariffs for periodical press delivery
The ministry of transport and communication of Ukraine has registered on June, 23rd, 2009 in the Ministry of justices of Ukraine the Order # 665 from June, 10th «About the statement of tariffs for reception and distribution of domestic periodic printing editions on a subscription», the correspondent «proIT» transfers.
The order provides increase of tariffs for distribution of the periodic press on a subscription on the average on 28 % since January, 1st, 2010 In particular, cost of reception of a subscription to periodicals can increase with 0,7 to 0,9 grn. For a period of 1 month, with 1,65 to 2,1 grn. - for 2-3 months, with 2 to 2,55 grn. - for 4-6 months and with 3,05 to 3,90 grn. - for 7-12 months
According to the Order, the tariff for delivery of one copy of the newspaper (four strips of format A3) for regional and nation-wide editions can increase by 28,43 % with 0,09 grn. To 0,1161 grn. For regional editions the tariff for delivery will increase by 27,57 % with 0,0689 grn. To 0,0879 grn., for city and regional editions – on 28,33 % with 0,06 grn. To 0,077 grn.
At excess of volume of the newspaper (conditional four strips of format A3) more than in 2 times, to the sum of delivery after its multiplication to the corresponding factor the additional tariff making depending on range of distribution from 0,0112 to 0,0413 grn increases.
The tariff for delivery of one magazine (weight to 50) for regional and nation-wide editions, according to the Order, can increase by 28,42 % with 0,3616 grn. To 0,4644 grn. For regional editions the tariff for delivery will increase by 27,5 % with 0,275 grn. To 0,3514 grn., for city and regional editions – on 28,38 % with 0,235 grn. To 0,3018 grn.
At excess of conditional 50 of weight of magazine more than in 2 times, to the sum of delivery after its multiplication to the corresponding factor the additional tariff making depending on range of distribution from 0,0449 to 0,1652 grn increases.
