The football player of "Miner" has brought an action against a social network

The Brazilian halfback of Donetsk football club "Miner" Zhadson has brought an action against a social network orkut, created by company Google, will move «Lenta.ru»

As it became known to journalists, discontent ZHadsona was caused by a counterfeit profile in orkut, ostensibly belonging to the football player.

According to lawyer Zhadsona Marselo Robalino, the player is intended to block wrongful use of the image in a social network, and also to demand indemnification for use of a counterfeit profile. What size of demanded indemnification, is not informed.

In a social network orkut there is a profile of the user by name of ZHadson Rodriguez (for viewing registration is required). In section «about itself» it is specified, that the profile belongs to the football player of "Miner". The sphere of interests of the user is limited to football. The user is active enough in a social network, at it 135 friends. Besides, it regularly updates "photo" section. Also in a social network orkut there is a community devoted ZHadsonu.
