South Korean operator SK Telecom wishes to purchase Sprint Nextel

According to television channel CNBC, national South Korean communication statement SK Telecom can soon come and on the American market, having purchased the third on size of American cellular operator Sprint Nextel. At present the agreement on purchase between the companies while is not present, however negotiations are conducted, transmits CyberSecurity.

CNBC referring to the sources informs, that the Korean company is definitely adjusted on purchase of the American operator, however while the parties should co-ordinate weight of conitions and before signing of the total agreement still there will pass some weeks.

Analysts notice, that alone SK Telecom cannot purchase Sprint Nextel as and on user’s base, and on financial stocks concedes Sprint. According to all available information, in Korea SK Telecom serves 22 million subscribers, and Sprint in the USA - 54 million However under the data acting from SK Telecom, one can be connected to purchase of Asian investfondov which will finance a bargain part.
