NKRS "has given up as a bad job" zero tariffs

The national commission concerning communication regulation (NKRS) has forbidden mobile operators to establish zero tariffs and has obliged to bring the tariffs into accord with the legislation till September, 1st.

According to members NKRS, such actions are infringement of requirements of the legislation in sphere of telecommunications (item 67 to the Law of Ukraine «About telecommunications»). The commission has obliged mobile operators to give to consumers the exhaustive information on final cost of services.

Remains of four mammoths have found in the south of Spain as precedent

Paleontologists have found out in Spain remains at least four adult individuals of the mammoth which age makes 35-26 thousand years. On it informs AFP.

The find has been made in a southern part of Iberian peninsula. According to researchers, in the Western Europe it was not possible to find remains of these ancient animals yet so far in the south: bones of mammoths found to the north of the fortieth parallel.
