MTS-Ukraine will open "Office Summer Olympic Games 2008"

The operator of a mobile communication of MTS-Ukraine together with National Olympic Committee within the limits of support of the Ukrainian Olympic movement on June, 21-22st, 2008 will conduct «Office Summer Olympic Games 2008».

1200 employees of 150 organisations will participate in competitions and the enterprises – key subscribers of MTS-Ukraine, among which such known companies, as: "Blitz-inform", the Quasar-mikro, Coca-Cola, METRO Cash&Carry, McDonalds, Nemiroff.

Also for valuable prizes representativesof authoritative Ukrainian mass-media will struggle: «Kommersant’», «Комп&ньон», «&СТРАТЕГИИ», «Business capital», «the Power of Money», «1+1», «Inter», «the New channel», «ERA», «GRAVIS», «the National broadcasting company of Ukraine», "Gala-radio".

Opening ceremony «Office Summer Olympic Games 2008» and selection competitions will take place on June, 21st at 9:00, and on June, 22nd there will pass final competitions in which winners in each of four kinds of sports among men and women will be defined.

Thus, eight participants-winners «Office Summer Olympic Games 2008», taken the first places, will receive from MTS-Ukraine main prizes – 8 permits on ХХIX the Olympic Games in Beijing, the taken second places will receive modern business phones and gold numbers of MTS, and for the third place – free connection to service «MTS the Connection».

Sports meets «Office Summer Olympic Games 2008» will pass in frameworks at stadium "Спартак". Their participants will compete in four sports disciplines – table tennis, cycling, track and field athletics (run of 100 m + broad jumps) and badminton. For observance of all Olympic sports norms and rules professional judges of Federation of National Olympic Committee of Ukraine will be invited to competitions.
 
In the program «Office Summer Olympic Games 2008» for journalists minitournament on various kinds of sports with draw of the modern smart phone will take place.

On June, 22nd during realisation of competitions «the Olympic press centre», equipped with technological decisions from MTS-Ukraine will work. Competitions will be shined in a network the Internet in a real-time by means of wireless access to the Internet on the basis of service «MTS the Connection» (on the basis of technology CDMA).
