Corporation Microsoft has appealed on the fine at a rate of $1,39 billion which has been presented by Eurocommission in February, 2008 for default of the instructions connected with the anti-trust legislation, transmits CNews.
«We hope to find clearness in court and have for this purpose appealed», - Jack Evans (Jack Evans), the press-secretary of corporation has commented. However the press-secretary has refused the further comments.
