Micron has designated ways of development of technologies NAND Flash

On action Memory Day organised by it in Taipei corporation Micron has presented own plan for development of technologies of flesh-memory NAND. Now the company has already adjusted mass issue of flesh-cards NAND executed on 50-nanometrovomu tehprotsessu, and in IV quarter 2008 namerena to begin deliveries of the memory made with detailed elaboration of 34 nanometers. Under the company application, it already reaches a comprehensible exit of suitable plates for flesh-memory NAND 32 Gb on 34-nanometrovomu tehprotsessu.

Micron expects, tht aforementioned achievements will supply its joint with Intel to enterprise IM Flash a place among leaders on introduction of technological innovations.

High density SSD-disks in capacity 32–128 GB will be the most demanded in the flesh-memory market, in its opinion. The more potential of growth, according to experts, has the Asian region on which 56 % of sales of flesh-memory while the share Northern and the South America makes 32 % now are necessary, and EMEA – 12 %.
