McAfee has purchased company Secure Computing

The large international manufacturer of antiviruses and the software for protection of data company McAffe has extended the message in which it is spoken about purchase for $465 million company Secure Computing.
In message McAfee it is said, that for each share Secure Computing the sum of $5,75 will be paid, that as a result gives the sum of $413 million $84 million will be paid by cash as the award and a bonus to a market price of papers. The companies predict absorption closing on the fourth quarter 2008, writes CyberSecurity.
