Market ESM in Ukraine passes to new level
Under forecasts ABBYY Ukraine, till the end of 2008 (Enterprise Content Management - the control system of information resources of the enterprise) in Ukraine will make market ESM growth not less than 80 % in comparison with previous year.
Such growth means evolution of this market, its transition in more structured condition. In Ukraine the basic universal tendencies in this area are already appreciable. One of them is toughening of requests to information safety. If the system of electronic document circulation (SED) suitsthe customer with the functionality, but does not meet the requirements of information safety, such system is not purchased. Requests of customers to adaptability to manufacture SED for bolshego meetings the requirements of information safety at technological level as consequence raise constantly.
Other universal tendencies, characteristic and for Ukraine is an integration of appendices, into which number get and SED. As the majority of the Ukrainian enterprises have the branched out set of the inherited appendices the question of their integration is very actual. Most often such branches resort to integration of appendices into Ukraine as financial services and telecommunication sector. It is connected with a variety of business schemes which use various divisions of such companies.
At the same time, the modern market of systems of electronic document circulation in Ukraine has also the strongly pronounced features. The Ukrainian companies often introduce management of documents without SED: already in the course of their use customers aspire to understand, what processes to automate further more actually. Therefore the Ukrainian customers understand area SED is better and require more thin approach.
One of actual tendencies of the Ukrainian market of systems of electronic document circulation is the demand of decisions for creation of electronic archives. It is connected with necessity of fast search for archive of the documents created 20-30 years ago. In this connection the great demand on systems of automatic classification of documents, checks of integrity of a package of documents, electronic storehouses of data and control systems of large archives of electronic documents is observed also.
