Long loading Windows Vista became an occasion to the claim

Employees of some the large companies of the USA, including Cigna Health Insurance, corporations AT&T and UnitedHealth Group have submitted claims against the employers, having demanded from the last indemnification for long loading Windows Vista, writes «Lenta.ru».

By calculations of lawyer Mark Termana, employees of the companies lose till 2 o\’clock working hours in a week because of operational system. These 2 hours, according to claimants, followed pay as overtime. For last 3 years the sum which is due to thousad of employees, can make some millions dollars.

In all these companies systems of the account of working hours which are started together with the computer are established. From the moment of inclusion of the computer to an input of the user in system can pass till 15 minutes. All this time officially is considered the personnel not working. The same occurs at computer deenergizing.
