Logitech starts in Ukraine the new scheme of service of production for consumers

Company Logitech informs on start of the new service scheme.

Since July, 1st, 2008 and Labtec service partners, the companies Dataljuks-service and EPOS, and also a network consisting for today from 33 avtorizirovannyih of service centres across all Ukraine will attend to service of production of brands Logitech.

At purchase of any system Logitech or Labtec the buyer in shop will receive the firm guarantee coupon filled in in appropriate way which will extend through distributors and subdistributors with production fresh consignents. In a case if within the limits of a warranty period the buyer will have claims to quality of an item, he can address to the nearest service centre, having granted an item, the check and correctly filled in guarantee coupon.

The updated policy of service will allow to apply and announce in retail shops across Ukraine complete factory guarantee period on Logitech and Labtec: from 2 till 5 years depending on a product category.

At the initial stage of start of new system of service the service centres also will accept also circulations on production Logitech and Labtec from buyers in the absence of the new firm coupon, but in the presence of the warranty from shop.
