life:) translates the call-centre in Global Bilgi

The operator of a mobile communication life:) declares cooperation with company Global Bilgi, one of leading Turkish providers of services of the call-centre. To render services life:), Global Bilgi opens office in Ukraine.

Aspiring to raise quality and to diversify services of the call-centre for the subscribers, life:) has made the unique decision – for the first time in the market the large national GSM-operator involves the external specialised company for maintenance of work of the call-centre.

Since December,1st, 2008 the call-centre life:) the branch of company Global Bilgi created in Ukraine will operate. Under the agreement with Global Bilgi life:) will translate all employees of the call-centre and the accompanying equipment in novosozdannyiy the centre. Global Bilgi will be responsible for work of the call-centres in Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk.

Global Bilgi is a part of group Turkcell and one of leading providers of the call-centres in Turkey, occupying 51 % of the market. In company Global Bilgi created in 1999 it is occupied more than 6000 employees in 9 cities of Turkey. Since December, 1st, 2008 Global Bilgi will add to this list of 2 new cities in Ukraine. Cooperation between life:) and Global Bilgi will promote also to creation of new workplaces in the Ukrainian market.
