life:) has agreed with Global Bilgi about granting of services of the call-centre
The operator of a mobile communication company "Astelit" (TM life:) has agreed about cooperation on granting of services of the call-centre with company Global Bilgi. The press-service of the operator has informed On it «proIT».
Since December, 1st, 2008 the call-centre life:) the branch of company Global Bilgi created in Ukraine will operate. Under the agreement with Global Bilgi life:) will translate all employees of the call-centre and the accompanying equipment in novosozdannyiy the centre. Global Bilgi will e responsible for work of the call-centres in Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk.
According to experts, cooperation between life:) and Global Bilgi will promote creation of new workplaces in the Ukrainian market.
Global Bilgi is a part of group Turkcell and one of providers of the call-centres in Turkey. In company Global Bilgi created in 1999 it is occupied more than 6000 employees in 9 cities of Turkey. Since December, 1st, 2008 Global Bilgi will add to this list of 2 new cities in Ukraine.
«Astelit» works in the Ukrainian market from the beginning of 2005 as the Owner of the company is Euroasia Telecommunications Holdings B V, 54,8 which % belong Turkcell, and 45,2 % - Joint-Stock Company «Systems Kepital Management» (SKM, Donetsk).
