Additional issue has been conducted for the purpose of reception of volume of investments from shareholders of the company for cover of necessary capital costs at introduction of new technologies.
Let’s remind, that in February, 2008 the company declared the plans on investment in building and modernisations of networks, and also to acquisition of TV-tuners for subscribers in connection with process of failure of use of analogue technology and complete transition to digital technology. These investments were carried out throughout a year.
