Shareholders of the operator of a mobile communication company "Kievstar" at extraordinary meeting have made decision to distribute 1,9 billion grn. Dividends. The press-service of Norwegian telecommunication holding Telenor has informed on it «proIT».
The decision on payment of dividends was accepted after the statement of the reporting of the company for 2008. As have informed in Telenor, the operator expects to pay the declared sum till December, 20th, 2009
Let’s remind, that 2008 «Kievstar» has finished with net profit in 5,555 billion grn. Telenor 56,5 % of actions «Kievstara» belong. The others of 43,5 % of actions "Alpha-grup" owns.
