In August the most widespread virus in Ukraine became Win32/Conficker

In August, 2009 the most widespread ON in Ukraine worm Win32/Conficker became harmful. About it it is told in company ESET report, the correspondent «proIT» transfers.

According to system of fast notification ThreatSense. Net with which help the report was made, the general percent of infection with this harmful program in Ukraine makes 25,59 %.

According to analysts, it is one of the highest indicators of distribution of worm Conficker in Europe. The given harmful program also continues to win first place in a world rating with percent of detection of 8,56 %, however in comparison with the last month, the general percent of infections has fallen to 2 %. The worm widely extends in Russia (17,38 %), Bulgaria (13,48 %), Romania (12,77 %), and also in Southern Africa (9,50 %), the Great Britain (5,87 %) and Austria (4,55 %).

On the second place on distribution to Ukraine there are the threats using file Autorun.inf, the percent of their infection makes 5,26 %. Distribution of the given type of a virus has decreased for 1 %, in comparison with July, 2009 In a world rating harmful ON takes the third place with percent of infections – 7,80 %.

Last three positions in the Ukrainian rating of threats occupy virus programs - Win32/Delf (3,66 %), Win32/Agent (2,99 %), Win32/Tifaut (2,68 %). Win32/Agent and Win32/Tifaut are the Trojan programs intended for theft from infected computers of personal data and the confidential information of the user. We will notice, that Win32/Delf and Win32/Tifaut have not got to ten world rating.
