Google has acquired company Omnisio, social video-mashup service which he-lajn allows users to divide and edit video.

Technology Omnisio will allow users of sites YouTube, Google Video and Blip. TV to edit videoclips, adding summaries and emerging helps and carrying out mix of shots of a roller.

Omnisio becomes a part of the division connected with YouTube and will earn first of all on it. According to both parties, such rich tools of editing will allow to introduce it-lajn video to other level and to give absolutely new user exprience.
