Electronic Arts and Take-Two have signed the confidential agreement

The second largest world publisher of computer games, company Electronic Arts, has signed the confidential agreement with Take-Two Interactive. It is known, that signing has taken place following the results of a meeting about which fact of realisation of the press-service of both companies do not inform.

According to foreign experts, the parties at last have agreed about conditions of possible absorption Take-Two. In the agreement the item according to which the parties undertake to keep silence about the reached results till the momet of the official announcement is stipulated.

Company Take-Two, the publisher of a superhit series of games Grand Theft Auto, for the last 7 days actively goes on negotiations with EA and the parties try to co-ordinate financial arrangements. According to the last data, EA offers for Take-Two about $2 mlrd from account of $25,74 for the share.

In spite of the fact that formally companies now are to absorption more close, than ever, investors already do not react almost to the information on negotiations EA and Take-Two. Yesterday shares last were lifted on 2,2 % to $25, and papers EA have lost 93 cents and were closed on a mark in $46,42.
