Dutches go to networks
On the Ukrainian IT market leaves large Dutch SeeTech Holdings. Bulgarian holding Telelink under control to it which specialises on building and service of networks of mobile operators, plans to acquire group of the companies «Ukrainian radio telecommunications».
Last week AMKU has allowed SeeTech Holdings B.V. (Netherlands) to purchase more than 50 % of Open Company «Ukrainian radio telecommunications» and Open Companies "Ritel" entering into group of companies "Ukrradiotel". Branch experts evaluatecost of two companies which generate more than 90 % of incomes of group, approximately in $6-7 million First Open Company specialises on building of base stations on a turn-key basis for mobile operators. The second attends to installation of an electric equipment and service of mobile networks. Besides them, the group includes Open Company «labour protection Center» which attends to consulting in sphere of the organisation of a protection service of work, both Open Company «Power and a climate of Donbass», specialising on service of the climatic equipment. As the director of the central territorial administration of Open Company «Ukrainian radio telecommunications» has informed «DS» Artem Zagumenov, negotiations are conducted, but the bargain is still far from end.
Open Company «Ukrainian radio telecommunications» in equal shares belong to five physical persons led by the chief of group of the companies Evgenie Silvestrovym and its partner Vitaly Samojlenko. At the second — also five founders, including misters Silvestrov and Samoylenko. Open Company income «Ukrainian radio telecommunications» following the results of 2007 has made 28 million grn., and net profit — 1,5 million grn. Besides four national GSM-operators, the company co-operates c Joint-Stock Company «Telesystems Ukraine», DP "Siemens-Ukraine", Open Company «Velton a Telecom», Open Company «Si-es Invest», Open Society "Ukrtelecom", Open Company "Intertelekom". On its share it is necessary an order of volumes of all market of installation of base stations of a mobile communication of 4 %.
Last year Dutch SeeTech Holdings B.V. Has purchased the large Bulgarian system integrator and the supplier of telecommunication decisions company Telelink. She attends to designing, a structure and service of an infrastructure of operators fixed and a mobile communication. Telelink is the supplier of the equipment for three largest operators GSM of Bulgaria: GloBul, M-tel and BTC Mobile (Vivatel), and also the former monopolist of a fixed-line telephony of the country — BTC.
In Ukraine Bulgarians have opened the office in 2006 But to show the present business activity of the company till now it was not possible. And it it is no wonder, considering specificity of the market, which capacity experts evaluate approximately in $50 million a year. Has put at all that the company did not have a launching pad to start business. According to the technical director of company "»У«¬ЯїјТЯ" (builds an infrastructure for mobilschikov) Oleg Krivushkina, the success in this market depends exclusively on qualification peregovorschikov. «Orders in our country are distributed opaquely, however, as well as all over the world. Therefore success of business basically depends on top management which works with clients. And in the market it is a lot of good profile experts», — it explains.
The exit of the Dutch Bulgarians on the Ukrainian mobile market looks logically. Despite the fact that what the last has reached phases of saturation and active growth of user’s base on it any more will not be, operators will invest all the same significant means in increase in capacity of the networks. First of all because of growth of demand for additional services and the mobile Internet.
