Deutsche Telekom has doubled profit

The net profit of the largest German telecommunication company Deutsche Telekom AG in I quarter 2008 has grown more than in 2 times - to €924 million in comparison with €459 million, received for the similar period year before. On it it is informed in the financial report of the company published today, transmits CNews referring to RBC.

The company gain for I quarter 2008 has decreased on 3,1 % and has made €14,98 mlrd against €15,45 mlrd year before. The profit to the taxation for an accounting period has made &eur;1,62 mlrd, that on 54,9 % more than a similar indicator for I quarter 2007, fixed on level €1,05 billion

The company connects successful finance results for an accounting period with dekonsolidatsiey divisions Ya.com and Club Internet.
