«Datagrup» will translate a part of the employees in the separate company
One of the largest players of domestic IT market "Datagrup" declared creation of the new company under the name «Datagrup Tehniks». The firm will incur all internal technical work «Datagrup». For this purpose in "daughter" all system administrators and IT experts will be translated.
In «Datagrup» say, that the companies will work on conditions of "internal outsourcing». More concrete information before carrying out of official press conference in «Datagrup» to inform have refused.

At the same time experts consider, that shifts inside «Datagrup» are proved by desire of the company to reduce expenses in the conditions of an economic crisis. First, the parent company can save on a payment of system administrators, paying off only for actually performed work. Secondly, deducing of IT experts in the separate company allows to optimise staff of these employees.
However in most «Datagrup» still one month ago denied hearings about dismissals ostensibly preparing there. «Anybody dismisses nobody, — informed then the general director of the company Alexander Danchenko. — We have planned different scenarios of succession of events, but any of them does not provide dismissals». According to the press-secretary «Datagrup» Sergey Goncharov, the company now optimises expenses, however such optimisation passed and earlier — even before crisis.
Additional earnings
Besides, «Datagrup Tehniks» can not only earn on service of parent structure, but also seek clients elsewhere. Also it is unessential, that all works on service of the networks «Datagrup» will transfer to "daughter". Experts consider, that if «Datagrup Tehniks» will enter the market as the independent subject its services will be considered on a level with other IT companies on a parity the price — quality.
On the other hand, the Ukrainian companies consider till now, that endanger itself, transferring storage and processing of the information to "another\’s" structures. Creating for itself "pocket" autsorsera, «Datagrup» avoids this risk.
