Creative has presented the first PCIe sound cards Sound Blaster X-Fi

Company Creative has presented two additions to the series of sound cards PCI Express Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty under name Pro Series and Champion Series. In the company assert, that these decisions are first-ever sound cards PCI Express with hardware acceleration.

Both cards support coding Dolby Digital, a 5.1-channel sound, effects EAX 5.0, CMSS 3D, THX, and also DTS-ES.

Champion Series differs from Pro the additional 5.25-inch adapter which allows to establish a sound card on the forward panel, thanks to it th user gets fast access to sockets for connection of ear-phones and a microphone, volume control, and also to a special key which allows to provide access to game possibilities of a card.

Sound card Pro Series becomes accessible in the end of June at the price of $160, cost Champion Series will make about $220.
