Company "TORMENTS" became official distributor ZOOM International in Ukraine

Company "TORMENTS" has signed the contract with company ZOOM International according to which became the unique distributor of production ZOOM International in Ukraine. The company press-service has informed on it «proIT».

Company ZOOM International is the developer and the supplier of multimedia systems. The basic products of the company are ZOOM CallRec – system of record of conversations for an IP-telephony and the contacts-centres (the product works with system of IP-telephony Cisco Unified Communicatio Manager), ZOOM VoiceBox – vocal mail for IP-telephony Cisco, ZOOM Score Card – a control system of quality of work of the contacts-centres, ZOOM ScreenRec – system of record and monitoring of screens of the personal computer at operators of the contact-centre.
