Company "АМИ" plans to open 360 computer shops in the new commercial network
«AMI» has started realisation of the new retail project – networks of computer shops "Клiк".
The company plans to create the network of specialised computer shops largest in Ukraine which by 2012 will total 364 shops on all country.
The given project provides creation on the basis of own commercial network «New Electronics» and franchayzinga «Computers AMI. Shop of partners» a specialised computer retail trade system with deep range of the IT Goods, a wide set of services and related servics. The project is logical development of a retail business of company "АМИ" as provides parallel development of successful formats of large specialised shop and small shop in the house franchayzi under one general brand.
At the first stage the roznichno-service network «Клiк» will develop basically in the east of Ukraine with the further coverage of other territory of the country. By the end of this year the company plans to have commercial network from 104 shops. Fast growth of a network is planned at the expense of use franchayzingovoy models of business and opening of shops in areas with open markets. Market growth is non-uniform. In small cities growth rate above, and the competitiveness to large household networks is less. Strategy of development of HARDWARE "Клiк" consists in search of free niches and deep penetration into regions.
