Climatic "boy" will hold on in Pacific ocean till spring of 2010
National board of oceanic and atmospheric researches of the USA (NOAA) declared occurrence in Pacific ocean the Ale-nino (in Spanish "boy"). On it it is informed in the press release on a management site.
The climatic phenomenon the Ale-nino is characterised by rise in temperature of blankets of water in the central part of Pacific ocean a minimum on 0,5 degrees on Celsius. Now temperature in this region almost on degree above average value for the given period of time. NOAA promises, that the Ale-nino will exist up to spring of 2010. Officially last time the Ale-nino appeared in 2006.
Among the possible climatic effects which reasons is the Ale-nino, name severe winters to California accompanied by snow storms, and a drought in Indonesia. Besides "Boy" can lead to flooding in Southern and the Central Americas. However not all climatic effects the Ale-nino are negative.
