China will enter Olympic Internet censorship
The Chinese and foreign journalists cannot during the Olympic Games in Beijing freely come on any sites.
The country authorities have promised to grant journalists "sufficient" access to the Network, but also have declared, that will block web resources of the syncretic sect forbidden in China “Falungun”, and also some other.
What sites are included into the list blocked, it is not known, however the journalists working in the main Olympic press centre could not come on sites of remedial group Amnesty International, edia holdings BBC, Deutsche Welle, Hong Kong newspaper Apple Daily and Taiwan Liberty Times.
The representative of the International Olympic committee John Kouts named "disappointing" Internet censorship in China and has promised, that MOK will seriously concern this phenomenon. Earlier organizers of Olympic games in Beijing under the pressure of MOK have promised complete access to the Internet for thousand journalists. As the Chinese party marks, it was a question of use of the Network for work.
