China has cancelled Internet censorship on Олимпиаде-2008

Organizers of the Peking Olympic Games and the International Olympic committee (MOK) have agreed that on Играх-2008 journalists can use the Internet without restrictions, the Tape informs.

Vice-president MOK Gunilla Lindberg has told, that commission MOK has on Thursday evening carried on negotiations with the Chinese party. The agreement has been reached, that representatives of mass-media can use the Internet as freely, as well as on other Olympic Games.

However organizers of Games have uphel some interdictions. The sites directed on blasting of a political system of China or "focused against national interests", will be blocked.

According to press-secretary MOK Kivana of the State feather, similar practice is accepted in many countries of the world. In the China the acceptable restrictions acting for users of the Internet, remain in force.

Earlier it was informed, that MOK has been compelled to make concessions to organizers of the Olympic Games and to agree with acceptable restrictions for 20 thousand journalists which will work on Games.

Олимпиада-2008 Will pass in Beijing and other Chinese cities from August, 8 till August, 24th.
