Open Society board of directors «Comstar – Incorporated Telesystems» has appointed on November, 14th extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to December, 20th 2008g., transfers "Prime-TASS".
On the agenda the Board of directors is intended to consider the problem position statements on board of directors in a new wording, the position statement about board in a new wording, and also the statement of changes in position about general meeting of shareholders.
