At Qualcomm problems with the law because of name use "Smartbook"

Company Qualcomm has lost the right to sell the products under the general name "Smartbook" in territory of Germany as Smartbook AG has taken such order to court.
If Qualcomm will break this decision, it is expected by the penalty of an order of $358 thousand and veto imposing. Besides, German Internet site Qualcomm is blocked for users with German IP-addresses.
Qualcomm tries to create a new product – computers of type a smart beech, occupying position between the smart phone and netbukom. But company Smartbook AG declares, that the exclusive right to use of this term belongs to it.
The given situation reminds dispute between Psion and Intel concerning term use «netbuk» which, however, is already successfully settled.
