AMKU plans to promulgate in November results of investigation on "Will" business
The antimonopoly committee of Ukraine (AMKU) plans to promulgate in November, 2008 results of investigation on business of telecommunication company "Will". The first deputy of head AMKU Alexander Melnichenko has informed On it in interview to the newspaper "Khreschatik".
«Now we should wait investigation completion. I hope, it happens in November. Then we will organise public meeting on which we will try to build such model of the decision which will correspond to interests kievlyan and managing subekt», - has informed Melnichenko.
Melnichenko also has informed, that while investigation was not finished, subscribers can address to corresponding instances with questions, as to activity of the provider.
«There are 3 establishments which can undertake measures. Key, in my opinion, remains Natssovet concerning TV. It granted the licence to the operator, it can it and collect. It has real levers, in particular, and on« Will ». The second establishment – Gospotrebstandart which is responsible for quality of services. The third – the Antimonopoly committee», - has informed zamglavyi AMKU.
According to Alexander Melnichenko, subscribers who have questions and remarks, also should write and to "Will".
«They have a special system of reception of such complaints or applications. Besides, it is their moral responsibility – to react to circulations of consumers», - has underlined Melnichenko.
Company "Will" - the provider of telecommunication services granting access to software packages of a CCTV under TM «Will Premіum TV» and access to resources the Internet under TM «Will Brodbend». Services of a CCTV of the operator use about 500 thousand persons, and a 200 thousand order are users of service of access to a network the Internet. The company works in Kiev, Lvov, Chernovtsy and Alchevsk.
