AMD has nominated Emilio ZHilardi to a post of the vice-president of region EMEA

Company AMD has informed that Emilio ZHilardi (Emilio Ghilardi) is nominated to a post of the senior vice-president and the general director in the countries of Europe, the Near East and Africa (EMEA).

ZHilardi it will be accountable Gustavo Arenasu (Gustavo Arenas), to the executive director on company AMD sales. The responsibility which ZHilardi will start in the middle of August, 2008, will include sales and marketing in countries EMEA.

ZHilardi will hold the post in AMD after work in company HP where recently it held a postof the vice-president and the general director of division on work with users in countries EMEA, operating multi-billion business on the personal computer and production for formation and the press of images of company HP. Before Emilio was the vice-president and the general director of the division attending to the equipment for corporate users as a part of group of formation and the press of images in countries EMEA. Emilio held a post of the vice-president of region EMEA of one of the companies on the user personal computers.

AMD also has informed today that the company leaves Alberto Machchi (Alberto Macchi), the vice-president on sales and marketing in the countries of Europe, the Near East and Africa.
