"Ukrtelecom" reestablishes communication in the Western Ukraine

As a result of elements inhabitants of 480 settlements of six areas of Ukraine remained without communication. Workers of "Ukrtelecom", despite of difficult weather conditions, have already reinstated communication with 361 settlement of Vinnitsa, Zakarpatye, Lvov, Ivano-Frankovsk, Chernovitsky and Khmelnitskiy areas.
