Nokia purchases Symbian and establishes Symbian Foundation

Nokia has made a redemption offer of all remained shares of company Symbian Limited at the price of 3,647 euros for the share cash. At present Finns do not posess approximately 52 % of shares Symbian so that the amount of transaction can make 264 million euro.
